Back to School got you feeling all the stress?? This is how I cope. On Sunday afternoon I write out all my appointments for the week and I make a list of what I need to get done and what days I have time to do what. That way I know that I just need to focus on the current days tasks and that all the other things have a time and a place set aside as well. It gives my busy, mama heart a little relief, which we all need!
